Agency agrees to provide Client with:

  • Professional setup and execution services for cold email and/or SMS outreach campaigns
  • Ongoing strategic consultation and management of email campaigns, including project management and performance optimization

The specific deliverables, project timeline, and fees shall be outlined in a separate written proposal (“Proposal”) provided to Client and incorporated herein by reference.

Agency’s services may include, but are not limited to:

  • LeadStream or equivalent platform setup and configuration
  • Email domain configuration, DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and domain warming
  • Lead list import, segmentation, and CRM management
  • Campaign creation, including email/SMS copywriting, template creation, and workflow automation
  • Strategic content development and consulting, including mockups and design for email assets
  • Copywriting, proofreading, editing, compliance review, and project coordination
  • Deployment of campaigns and ongoing reporting with tools, such as Google Analytics and A/B Testing
  • Deliverability analysis, bounce/spam/unsubscribe tracking, and ROI reporting

The number and scope of email/SMS messages or consultations will be determined based on the Proposal.

Timeframe Expectations: If Client does not have an existing or properly configured email marketing platform or warm domain, campaign setup and execution timelines will range from four (4) to ten (10) weeks. This includes domain setup, warming, content creation, and automation sequencing. Client understands this is a best-effort estimate and may vary based on responsiveness, platform conditions, or third-party tool delays.

Client Responsibilities

Unless otherwise specified in the Proposal, Client shall:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date, and compliant lead lists
  • Supply access credentials to necessary platforms and tools
  • Review and approve all deliverables in a timely manner

Client guarantees the legitimacy and cleanliness of all provided leads. Agency is not liable for performance issues due to inaccurate or low-quality data.

Client shall provide written feedback or approval on deliverables within five (5) business days of delivery. In the absence of such response, deliverables shall be deemed accepted.

Interpretation Clause

In the event of ambiguity or dispute, the Service Provider’s interpretation of task scope, execution readiness, and platform relevance shall prevail.

Policy Updates

Klectic Media LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these policies at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or industry standards.

When updates are made, the revised policy will be posted on Klectic Media’s official website, and the “Last Updated” date at the top of the document will be updated accordingly.

Clients will be notified of any material changes via email using the contact information on file. Continued use of our services after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By checking any box referring back to these terms of service, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms. You also acknowledge that the agents providing these services to you are not employees, contractors, or representatives of your business.
