The Agency shall provide the following services:
- Creation or claim of Client’s Google Business Profile (if not already created)
- Strategic category selection based on Client’s industry
- Crafting an SEO-optimized business description
- Uploading high-quality photos/videos (provided by Client)
- Listing of Client’s services or products
- Configuration of applicable business attributes
- Posting basic questions and answers in the Q&A section
- Providing guidance and best practices on review solicitation
These services are provided as a one-time deliverable. No ongoing maintenance, monitoring, or updates are included.
Client acknowledges that verification delays or platform-related restrictions imposed by Google are outside Agency’s control.
Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
- Provide timely access to their Google account or grant appropriate management permissions
- Submit accurate business information, including NAP (Name, Address, Phone), service list, and operational details
- Provide high-resolution images and/or videos for upload
- Respond promptly to requests for clarification or additional input during the setup process
Agency is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information from Client.
Completion
Client will receive a confirmation of completion and summary of work performed. One round of minor revisions is included if requested within five (5) business days of completion notice. Additional revisions will be quoted separately and require written approval.
Disclaimers & Limitations
Agency makes no guarantees regarding search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes resulting from this setup.
Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall Agency’s liability exceed the amount paid by Client under this Agreement.
Interpretation Clause
In the event of ambiguity or dispute, the Service Provider’s interpretation of task scope, execution readiness, and platform relevance shall prevail.
Policy Updates
Klectic Media LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these policies at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or industry standards.
When updates are made, the revised policy will be posted on Klectic Media’s official website, and the “Last Updated” date at the top of the document will be updated accordingly.
Clients will be notified of any material changes via email using the contact information on file. Continued use of our services after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Acknowledgment & Agreement
By checking any box referring back to these terms of service, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms. You also acknowledge that the agents providing these services to you are not employees, contractors, or representatives of your business.
