The tasks covered under this service are limited to those expressly listed below. Additional services may be offered under a separate written agreement.

A. Technical SEO Audits & Implementation:

  • Full site audits to assess indexability, crawl errors, broken links, and load speeds
  • Site architecture recommendations
  • Implementation or documentation of necessary technical fixes

B. Keyword Research & Strategy:

  • Competitive analysis and keyword opportunity mapping
  • SEO strategy development tailored to the Client’s industry, target market, and goals

C. On-Page Optimization:

  • Meta tag optimization (title, description, headers)
  • Image alt tags and schema markup
  • Content and keyword placement recommendations
  • Internal linking strategy

D. Content SEO Support:

  • Content briefs for targeted pages and blog articles
  • SEO-focused editing and refinement of existing content

E. Local SEO (if applicable):

  • Google Business Profile optimization
  • Local citation cleanup and development

F. Reporting & Recommendations:

  • Baseline and periodic performance reports (as scoped)
  • Actionable strategy adjustments based on analytics and ranking shifts
  • Reporting cadence will follow the schedule specified in the Proposal. No additional reporting is included unless explicitly scoped.

Service Limitations: Services under this agreement include up to ten (10) hours per month unless otherwise specified in writing. Deliverables are scheduled based on mutual agreement and availability.

Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

  • Provide access to relevant analytics, CMS, and webmaster tools
  • Review and approve work in a timely manner
  • Ensure their internal teams do not overwrite or undo SEO implementations without consultation
  • Promptly communicate delays or changes in scope
  • Review deliverables within five (5) business days of submission. In the absence of a timely response, Agency may deem the deliverable accepted and proceed accordingly.

Timing & Delivery

Project timelines will be proposed and agreed upon prior to commencement. Timelines may vary based on Client responsiveness, website access, and task complexity. Deliverables will be reviewed and finalized based on the terms of the associated proposal.

Disclaimers & Limitations

  • Agency makes no guarantees of ranking increases, traffic growth, or financial return
  • SEO is influenced by numerous variables, including algorithm changes, competitor activity, and external backlink profiles
  • Client understands that SEO requires ongoing effort and that short-term fluctuations are possible
  • Agency shall not be liable for traffic loss, decreased ranking, or de-indexing due to algorithm updates, third-party software, or Client modifications
  • Partial or draft deliverables may not be used, implemented, or distributed without Agency’s written approval and full payment

Interpretation Clause

In the event of ambiguity or dispute, the Service Provider’s interpretation of task scope, execution readiness, and platform relevance shall prevail.

Policy Updates

Klectic Media LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these policies at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or industry standards.

When updates are made, the revised policy will be posted on Klectic Media’s official website, and the “Last Updated” date at the top of the document will be updated accordingly.

Clients will be notified of any material changes via email using the contact information on file. Continued use of our services after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By checking any box referring back to these terms of service, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms. You also acknowledge that the agents providing these services to you are not employees, contractors, or representatives of your business.
